County prosecutor seeks $225,009 federal STOP grant to fund special victims unit positions

The prosecutor described the grant as a continuation award the county has received previously; he said this would be another year in a long-running series of STOP grants (the office and county have participated for many years). Commissioners voted to approve permission to apply for the grant.
