Commissioners asked whether the change represented an overall increase; the clerk said the vendor held unit prices steady and that the addendum spreads the expense across two fiscal years to allow earlier ordering of election materials. Commissioners approved the renewal by voice vote recorded as: Commissioner Morton — Aye; Commissioner Hazen — Aye; Commissioner Maxmeyer — Aye.
The clerk noted the agreement still requires approval by the election board; this action un-tabled the item and forwarded it for final processing.
