The presenter explained additional roads were added to the package where bid prices came in lower than anticipated and that pedestrian crosswalks were added at locations along Bittersweet near Penn. The presenter said the final change order reconciled all remaining items and adjusted contract amounts to final values for the project.
Commissioners moved and seconded to approve the final change order with Reith Riley and the project completion affidavit; both motions carried on voice votes recorded as “Aye.” The completion affidavit will initiate warranty periods and related post-construction obligations.
