Meadows said the deliverable of a coordinated GIS geodatabase was particularly helpful in prior cycles and that Lochmuller will perform inspection and inventory work for listed structures. Commissioners moved and seconded approval; the motion carried on voice votes recorded as “Aye.”
The contract amount and structure count were stated on the record; the meeting did not include detailed timelines for field work or final deliverable dates beyond the standard five-year inspection schedule stated by staff.
The work is intended to produce an updated inventory and inspection records for county infrastructure planning and asset management.
