Holly also described the library foundation’s memorial book donation program: a $25 one‑time memorial and a $500 lifetime memorial (the $500 gift results in a book placed in the donor’s honoree name with donor name recognized annually). She encouraged residents to consult the library’s calendar on the city website for event details.
Council members asked about summer hours and indoor programming; staff said Camp Play Frisco and other indoor options accommodate residents seeking relief from summer heat. No council action was required.
