The board voted to accept the corrected plan. Separately, the board accepted a post-construction stormwater management plan amendment for the Lassus fuel station’s Tesla charging station project; staff said the amendment updates a plan originally submitted on April 12, 2021, and the amendment meets city ordinance 52 0 9. Both acceptance motions passed unanimously with no public objections recorded. Board members signed the corrected documentation for recordation as part of the meeting action.
