The Richmond City Board of Public Works and Safety on July 3 approved several claims and payroll dockets covering early- and late-June payments.

The board approved a claims docket for $611,969.58 dated June 6, 2025; a Board of Works accounts-payable docket for $6,556,572.63 dated June 27, 2025; a payroll docket for $899,307.65 dated June 27, 2025; a total pension payment of $244,134.75 dated June 27, 2025; a smaller accounts-payable docket for $129,723.16; and an earlier payroll claim for $849.97 dated June 13, 2025. Each item was moved, seconded and the board said “aye” to carry the motions.

The approvals were routine votes taken at the start of the meeting; no discussion of individual line items was recorded in the transcript. The board did not record individual roll-call tallies in the audio transcript excerpt; the chair announced motions carried after unanimous vocal assent.

The board will include these payments in the city financial records and the approved dockets will proceed to processing per normal city procedures.
