Code enforcement officer Vicky reported that about half of the properties on the list had shown progress since the last meeting but five had made no progress. Vicky said, “I will start fining them daily today” to prompt action and recommended the board continue all 10 cases to the Sept. 26 meeting.
A motion to continue the cases to Sept. 26 was moved and seconded and passed on a voice vote.
