"Conversations are going well with the residents in the area regarding easement acquisition. So just to kinda get ahead of you guys early, we're gonna request permission to advertise for bid," Max said. Staff clarified final advertising would occur after securing remaining signatures. The board authorized advertising to allow timely procurement once easement documentation is complete.
Staff will return with finalized easement documents and then proceed with bid advertisement.
