Planning commission attorney to serve as special counsel for Board of Zoning Appeals

Board of Works approved a revised service agreement to engage Mark Worthely as attorney for the Board of Zoning Appeals after the prior attorney, Patrick Lipp, departed. Planning staff said Worthely, who had been serving as planning commission attorney, agreed to take on the additional duties. "Patrick Lipp was the attorney to the Board of Zoning Appeals and with Patrick's departure, we approached our planning commission attorney Mark Worthely to see if he would be willing to take on the duties... Mark accepted it, and he would like to be our attorney for the board of zoning appeals," a planning staff member said. The board voted to approve the revised services agreement by voice vote.
