Board awards 2025 alley paving contract to Boyd Asphalt for $148,511.50

Danielle, engineering department staff, told the board staff opened bids and found five complete submissions; the department recommended awarding the contract to Boyd Asphalt Inc. at $148,511.50. A board member moved to approve Boyd Asphalt for alley paving at the stated amount; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously.

Board action: motion to award contract to Boyd Asphalt Inc. for $148,511.50 and to authorize contract execution passed without dissent. Staff will proceed to execute the contract and schedule the alley paving work under the contract terms.
