The permit application (SPEX 072025) covers a portion of a 29.796‑acre parcel that contains three existing buildings and sits behind a small B‑1 business area. Planning staff said the applicant proposes a roughly 2‑acre laydown yard to be surfaced with millings, gated and fenced and screened with evergreen plantings, and that the proposed use is permitted in the RP zoning district by special exception.
