The Louisiana Committee on Parole revoked the parole of Milton Landor, DOC number 383738, on July 9, 2025, at a hearing held with Saint Martin Correctional Center staff present. The panel found Landor had failed to report to his parole officer from August 2023 until his arrest on May 15, 2025, and that his whereabouts had been unknown. The panel also noted pending charges related to failure to register and pay fees.
Landor told the panel he had reported initially and then stopped visiting parole because he believed a supervisory error required him to return to custody to resolve the record; he said he did not want to return to jail earlier. Parole staff told the panel Landor’s approved residence was 3322 Main Highway but that parole records showed he had not been available for visits and that he was $1,134 behind on fees.
Panel members reviewed the supervision records and arrest warrant and concluded Landor was unavailable for supervision and had not provided proof of employment. After deliberation the panel recorded votes to revoke parole for violations including rules 3, 4, 6, 9 and 10 cited in the hearing.
The panel’s revocation will be entered in Landor’s parole file and custody will be resumed under applicable parole rules. The panel noted administrative issues about fees and time-served claims; those matters will be addressed in subsequent administrative processes.
