Williams told the committee she was not guilty of robbery charges, saying a store incident stemmed from a heated argument and that the court had set charges aside for one year (a deferral). She acknowledged owing $8,210 in supervisory fees and described health problems and difficulty working during the COVID-19 pandemic.
After an executive session to review the file, the board returned and voted to revoke Williams’ parole; one member voted not to revoke but the majority outcome carried. The chair announced the revocation at 11:10 a.m.
