The board noted multiple violations: travel outside approved area, positive drug screens for marijuana and cocaine, and an image on a phone that the agent said depicted the respondent with a firearm. Members expressed particular concern about firearms given Mario’s prior firearm-related convictions. One member said, "I don't have any tolerance for firearms," and recorded a vote to revoke. The chairman and another member joined that vote, and the committee recorded revocation of parole.
The board’s action returns Mario to custodial status; supervising staff will process the revocation and any follow-up required under Department of Corrections procedures.
