Brad Flowers, representing the developer, presented Hampstead Plat Number 30, described as the final phase on the northeast side of the lake near Taylor Road and Park Crossing. Flowers said construction was underway and estimated about two months until completion. The final plat covers 92 lots with lot widths between roughly 20 and 52 feet, consistent with prior Hampstead phases.
Commissioners asked whether the new streets would connect to Park Crossing; Flowers said no connection was anticipated and that the street design effectively dead-ends at the phase boundary. With no substantive public opposition, a motion to approve the final plat was made and carried unanimously.
Final plat approval allows the developer to proceed toward completion and individual lot sales according to the recorded plat and subdivision conditions.
