The Oklahoma City Airport Trust on July 24 approved a series of routine and project-related items across its airport system, including minutes, multiple contracts and change orders, and assignment and acceptance agreements listed in the meeting's consent agenda.

The trust voted to approve the minutes of its June 26, 2025 meeting and then approved a series of items under Will Rogers International Airport that staff listed for action, including a use agreement with Saab to install and maintain surface awareness initiative equipment; ground services agreements with Overland Charters and Paris Limousine; the award of a concession services agreement to Airport Express following a request-for-proposals process; and awards for boarding-bridge replacement and other construction and equipment contracts (Oshkosh Aerotech, Libra Electric, Globe Construction among others). Staff also listed amendments, change orders, and procurement actions related to terminal flooring, apron reconstruction and other projects.

For Wiley Post Airport the board approved final acceptance of the Atlantic Aviation Hangar 14 ramp replacement project, an assignment and assumption agreement at an FBO, and an amendment to a drainage improvements construction contract with TJ Campbell Construction.

At Clarence E. Page Airport trustees approved assignment and assumption agreements for two lots referenced by block and lot numbers in the packet.

The trust also approved a professional services contract for on-call airport facility planning and environmental services, navigation hazard easements at two addresses, and resolutions ratifying and approving requisition payments.

Meeting minutes show staff presented the list of requests for Will Rogers and other airports and the board approved each set of requested items after the standard “Is there a motion and second?” prompt. The transcript records the chair calling for the motions and then, in each listed case, “And the item passes.”
