The Northampton Planning Board continued a hearing for a proposed trailer-storage lot by Red's Towing at 0 Bradford Street to Aug. 28 at 7:05 p.m. Staff said the applicant recently submitted a site plan that finally showed wetlands, and because of the proposed use the Conservation Commission's review is required before the board proceeds.
Planning Department staff told the board that updated information had arrived this week and that the new site plan included a wetlands delineation. “This is another one that has to go to the Conservation Commission. I recommend, before the planning board in this case, just because of the proposed use that they've finally gotten a delineation so can move forward on that process,” staff said.
The staff recommendation was that the hearing be continued to allow the Conservation Commission and DPW to review the delineation and related materials. The board voted unanimously to continue the matter to Aug. 28 at 7:05 p.m. No approvals or conditions were adopted at the meeting.
