The Dunn County Executive Committee approved the meeting minutes and voted to forward a package of reports, resolutions and ordinances to the County Board during the meeting.
Approval of minutes: Supervisor Morehouse moved to approve the minutes and Supervisor Headland seconded. The committee approved the minutes; no opposition was recorded on the transcript and Supervisor Steen was noted as excused.
Reports and resolutions to the county board: When the committee considered a package of reports, resolutions and ordinances related to 2025 budget amendments (including items from the Criminal Justice Center, emergency communications and management, sheriff, county fair, veteran services, county parks, and IT), Supervisor Bauer moved and Supervisor Morehouse seconded the motion to forward the package to the County Board. The committee voted and the motion passed.
The committee then reviewed standing-committee items due to be presented to the County Board, including a Planning, Resource and Development rezone and a proposed ordinance revision to replace the personnel ordinance with a Human Resources Code (the personnel-code proposal was discussed earlier in the meeting). The committee took no further final action on those items at this meeting beyond forwarding materials and notices to the board.
Motions and recorded procedural outcomes from the meeting were carried verbally on the record during the session; the transcripts do not provide a numeric roll-call tally for each vote.
