Commission moves August workshop and meeting back to 9 a.m.; dates set for Aug. 25 and 26

During the July 22, 2025, County Commission meeting, commissioners approved changing the August workshop and the last commission meeting of the month back to their regular 9 a.m. start times.
The commission moved the workshop to Monday, Aug. 25, 2025, at 9 a.m., and the regular commission meeting to Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025, at 9 a.m. The change was requested because previous dates conflicted with the ACCA conference that many commissioners will attend.
Commissioner Corson made the motion to change the schedule and Commissioner Weaver seconded; the motion passed with commissioners voting in favor.
No changes were made to other meeting locations or agendas at the July 22 meeting. Staff will publish the updated calendar and notify participants of the revised times.
