Noll said 45 volunteers signed up and 40 attended; a post‑event volunteer survey returned positive results, with 100% of respondents saying they would volunteer again and rating onboarding and prep work positively. Noll said she plans to use post‑event surveys consistently to improve the volunteer experience and retention.
Board members thanked volunteers and staff; no formal board action was tied to the report.
