Staff also said the indoor farmers market continues to perform well, averaging about 19 vendors and generating steady customer turnout; a recent community day drew about 350 attendees. NIBCO events — including a glow skate party with a live DJ — produced a record 468 paying attendees during one 6–10 p.m. slot in January. Attendance for some winter skate sessions varied with weather; staff said programming, promotion (including TV spots) and live DJs contributed to higher turnout.
Staff discussed sponsorship growth and programming plans, including potential future roller‑skating events and continued use of promotional partnerships. No formal board actions were requested beyond informational updates.
