Commissioners said MUB general manager Mike McNulty and staff lent expertise and equipment, and that volunteers and local Walmart matched donations of bottled water to support distribution to affected residents and campers.
Officials said the incident created temporary outages, boil advisories and conservation requests; by the July 23 report most issues had been resolved though staff continued to work on lingering problems. No formal action was taken by the commission; the remarks appeared in elected-officials reports.
