Commission approves six requisitions including $1.06 million UTC transfer and $15,300 for trail storm repairs

The commission approved requisition number 104 for the University Town Center Economic Opportunity Development District subaccount, transferring $1,061,007.19 in sales tax collected for the month of June to the trustee (Westbank). Commission minutes indicate the transfer was based on an overall balance in the account and after statutory liens and fees. The commission also approved requisition number 25 for the University Town Center Series 2023A administrative expense fund for $691.25 and multiple Harmony Grove requisitions: requisition number 39 for the Series 2021B Harmony Grove Phase 1 project fund for $60,000 payable to Adrian Enterprises for project management, and requisition number 18 for the Series 2021B Harmony Grove Phase 1 administrative expense fund for $6,093.75.
Separately, the Monongahela River Trails Conservancy requested up to $15,300 in supplemental funds to repair emergency storm damage on the Mon River Rail Trail and Deckers Creek Rail Trail after washouts. The commission approved funding not to exceed $15,300.
All motions passed by voice vote.
