Committee chair Debbie Benoit recommended approval of the revised purchasing and bidding policies; motions to approve were moved and seconded and passed with no objections recorded in the excerpt. The committee recommended approval of the revised library-materials policy with Benoit noting she abstained; during board consideration, Clyde Hamner moved to table the library-materials item and Dr. Maybelle Trahan seconded the motion to table.
