The Rules, Confirmation and Public Elections Committee on July 1 placed three resolutions on its consent agenda and approved them during a single vote.
The committee read into the record: RS2025-1326, a resolution approving the election of certain notaries public for Davidson County-sponsored PRAT; RS2025-1349, a resolution honoring the life and legacy of Dorothy Dobbins; and RS2025-1350, a resolution recognizing June 2025 as Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month in Nashville and Davidson County, with sponsors including Bradford, Koopin, Johnson, Stiles and others noted on the record. The consent agenda passed 6-0.
No members requested removal of any of the three items for separate discussion. The resolutions were adopted as routine business by the committee and will be recorded in committee minutes.
