Council hears HUD-funded FY2026 annual action plan, public comment period closes

Staff said agreements with selected service providers and developers will be issued after council approval and the plan’s submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by Aug. 15; HUD approval and contract start dates were described as contingent on HUD’s review.
