The county also conducted a separate public hearing and renewed Knife's Edge Brewing's liquor license after the sheriff's office reported no complaints. Commissioners again recorded unanimous approval.
Commissioners asked county staff to consider a future policy change that would allow the administrator to sign routine renewals after five years of clean compliance to streamline the process for special-amusement permits. That change was discussed but not adopted on July 23; staff said they would return with a proposal for policy amendment.
