Chambers recommended Helios HR at $200 per hour; two law firms had quoted higher hourly rates ($390 and $270 per hour). Legal reviewed the draft agreement and raised one concern about the limited liability waiver language. Commissioners questioned why an outside consultant was necessary when the county already uses local law firms. One commissioner moved to table the item until the next meeting; the motion passed.
