Council approves $17.7 million construction contract and CEI for Pleasant Ridge Road Phase 2

The City Council approved two resolutions authorizing contracts for the Pleasant Ridge Road Phase 2 project: a construction contract with Charles Blaylock & Sons Inc. in an amount not to exceed $17,686,117.07, and a construction engineering and inspection (CEI) agreement with Johnson, Mermerian & Thompson in an amount not to exceed $1,223,187.31.
