The three bids listed in the opening were: Bartow Paving Company Incorporated, $850,473.65; Glosson Enterprises, $559,653; and On Sheave Construction LLC, $594,866.85. The project is listed as a Department of Transportation solicitation. McCook noted the county posts solicitations and preliminary bid results on its procurement website and OpenGov portal; the next scheduled bid opening was announced for Thursday, Aug. 14.
