Hearing Officer Renee Varela Gutierrez said July 24 that she will prepare a written hearing officer report and forward an application to transfer ownership of Dispenser Liquor License DIDIS-001298 to the governing body, and that the application will include a condition requiring compliance with all City of Santa Fe ordinances.
The item concerned a request from GLA Santa Fe Hospitality LLC, doing business as DVA Piazza Cafe, to transfer ownership of an on-premise dispenser liquor license with patio service that will remain at 2574 Camino Entraldo Road. Kyla Stoker of New Mexico Liquor Licenses, LLC appeared for the applicant, was sworn and confirmed she had no additional testimony to add.
Gutierrez told Stoker, "I will note that there will be a condition placed on the application as it moves forward, and that condition is that you will be required to comply with all city of Santa Fe ordinances." Stoker replied, "No objection." The clerk reported no written public comments and no attendees waiting in the meeting room.
No final vote or governing-body action occurred at the July 24 hearing. The hearing officer will submit a written report with the stated condition to the City of Santa Fe governing body for review and decision.
