The Hampstead Planning and Zoning Commission on July 23 approved a sign application for Roganart, a proposed European bakery and bistro at 903 South Main Street, Suite F.
Andy Goodeniewicz, who identified himself as the company''chief technology officer, presented for the applicant. Commission members noted the proposed window signage was well under the town's 33% window coverage limit and that the exterior sign would use an existing track previously occupied by a former tenant. "As far as, the signage, it all fits within its code requirements," the zoning administrator said during the review.
The commission made a motion to approve the signage application; the motion carried by voice vote. Staff said it would email the sign permit to the applicant the next day.
What was decided: approval covers both exterior and window signage as presented to the commission. No variances were requested or recorded in the transcript.
