“Currently, we are experiencing a withholding period on Title 2, Title 3, and Title 4,” said Miss York, a district grants administrator. She said the Florida Department of Education has issued one-year no-cost extensions that permit the district to access roll-forward dollars from the prior year while the new allocations are withheld.
