Mayor announces citywide crack-sealing, warns residents of short notice vehicle moves

The announcement also noted upcoming community events, including National Night Out on Aug. 5 and a centennial carnival starting Aug. 6; the mayor asked council members to be mindful of scheduling conflicts in August.
