Council awards Dorado Drive reconstruction bid for about $1.34 million

Council discussion included a request from Councilman Mitchell to avoid removing certain landscaped medians funded by the Mission Homeowners Association and instead to adjust irrigation and bubblers; Mitchell asked the council to include that caveat in the approval. Councilman Mitchell moved to approve the award with that caveat; Councilman Canell seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
