Council opened public comment for each group of districts and heard no substantive opposition. After council votes, staff will forward the approved engineer’s reports and assessment documents to the county assessor for levy and collection as required.
Council adopted the related resolutions in groups (resolution numbers cited in staff materials included 2025‑55, 2025‑56, 2025‑57, 2025‑58, 2025‑59, 2025‑60, 2025‑61 and 2025‑62) and directed staff to complete transmittals to county offices as part of the levy and collection process.
