On July 22, 2025, the Village of Ropon Beach Planning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat application 20Four-sixty9PP to enlarge the Artemis Palms Primrose site by approximately 0.235 acres.
Village staff presented that the proposal would increase the platted area to about 2.1492 acres and that the site — identified by the applicant at 6846 Seminole Palms Drive and 304 Hundred World Commerce Road — has a future land-use designation of industrial and an Industrial General (IG) zoning designation. Staff told the commission the proposed plat is consistent with the preliminary plat requirements cited in the presentation (code section 20-222 and section 20-693 as presented to the commission).
Andrea Keiser identified herself on the record as representing the applicant; Barr Education, Inc. and Artemis Investments, LLC were named in the application materials. There was no public comment on the item. A motion to approve the preliminary plat carried unanimously, 5-0; commissioners recorded the vote in favor without additional conditions in the meeting minutes.
