The Eau Claire Area School Board approved the superintendent’s consent agenda and the board’s consent agenda during Wednesday’s meeting.

Under the superintendent’s consent agenda—approved by roll call—the board accepted routine personnel and financial items, including April and May 2025 financial reports, and authorized payments. The superintendent’s consent agenda included payments of $7,825,078.42 for the period May 1–31, 2025, and net payroll of $5,177,527.25 for the same period; it also listed a superintendent-level payment of $21,091.82 for April 2025. The agenda noted annual approval of curriculum standards, referendum project bids, and pre-insurance renewal items.

Board members moved and seconded the superintendent’s consent agenda; the clerk conducted a roll-call vote. Commissioners recorded ‘‘yes’’ votes and the superintendent’s consent agenda was approved.

The board then approved the board’s consent agenda—minutes of a June 2, 2025 closed session and the June 2, 2025 board meeting—by voice vote.

The approvals were presented as part of routine business and carried without separate discussion.
