Board approves temporary outdoor patio permit for Terra Luna

Lieutenant Olivieri and Lieutenant Frias reported no inspection or public-safety issues. Commissioner Laird moved to approve the temporary patio; another commissioner seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Licensing staff reminded the applicant to renew the permit each summer and to check dates on the permit if needed.
The approval was for a temporary outdoor patio permit with the board advising the applicant to follow the permit’s dates and to renew annually. No additional restrictions were imposed at the meeting.
