Wheeling board approves two indoor sports training special uses for futsal and field hockey

The second approval, docket PSU25‑0009, allowed Starview Field Hockey LLC to operate a field hockey instruction and training facility at 190 Messner Drive. The plan commission recommended approval with conditions mirroring the futsal approval: at least one employee on site during operation, exclusive use for field hockey training, indoor‑only activities, and a sign permit per Title 21. Trustees recorded affirmative votes on that ordinance as well.
