Directors of Design, Create and Explore LLC voted to keep the company's current board membership in place until their next meeting after confirming a quorum.

At the start of the LLC session a speaker called the meeting to order and asked for roll call; Mr. Lujan, Miss McIsaac and Miss Lopez responded present. A motion was made to maintain the current board members until the next meeting.
