Alexa (committee member and evaluation lead) told the committee, "Overall, Lori received a proficient rating." The written summary, reviewed at the meeting, rated Hunter exemplary in management, operations and fiscal systems and proficient in instructional leadership, family and community engagement, and professional culture. Committee members highlighted the k–5 literacy rollout, the CMS math curriculum response to declining MCAS scores, contract negotiations with teachers, and the on-time, under-budget middle school construction as notable successes.
Members also praised Hunter's crisis management and communications, noting her leadership on recent shelter and community incidents. The committee asked staff to post the superintendent's evaluation summary and the individual evaluations to the public record; staff noted a formatting issue with one member's file but said they would resolve it and publish all documents.
