The Common Council approved a slate of rezoning ordinances recommended by the Planning Commission. The ordinances considered and carried included rezoning parcel number 333065612 to MP (manufactured park), rezoning portions of parcel 33304350601 on Montee Street to MP, and rezoning parcel 331277112 to B‑1. All presented zoning changes were approved by council by unanimous votes as recorded in the meeting. Each ordinance was presented with the Planning Commission’s recommendation; the council moved and seconded the measures and voted to adopt them 9–0. No written objections, variances or amendments were read into the record during the council session. The Planning Commission reported no March meeting but identified these items for council consideration in the April meeting packet. The council treated each rezoning as a second-reading approval during this session.
