Planning staff said the property, about 2.05 acres, is zoned Industrial Service and the work is essentially platting and dedicating road right‑of‑way where improvements already exist.
Andrew Agard told commissioners the subdivision is a one‑lot plat needed for road dedication and to regularize an existing turnaround easement and newly installed cul‑de‑sac. The applicant, represented in the motion as Leo Mantis of WLG LLC, seeks the plat to complete conditions required before occupancy of the hotel building. Staff recommended approval subject to the conditions in the staff report.
Commissioner Jensen moved to approve the preliminary subdivision plan and Commissioner Proctor seconded; the motion passed 7‑0.
