Commission tables Spinnaker plan for 108 Water Street after preliminary technical questions

Spinnaker Acquisitions asked the Norwalk Harbor Management Commission on July 22 to find its proposal at 108 Water Street consistent with the city's harbor management plan; commissioners voted to table the consistency determination until the commission can review DEEP comments and additional technical details.
