Staff checked the advertising line item and reported $10,541 remained in the account (the city has spent $14,459 so far in the fiscal year). The presenter said they did not anticipate other advertising needs before the budget year ends on Sept. 30 but acknowledged unexpected needs can arise.
Motion and vote: Committee approved the ad purchase 3-0 on voice vote. Staff will process the purchase from the existing advertising line item.
