Planner Kayla (Kale) Smith told the committee plans had been approved, would be available the next day, and the project was budgeted at $826,000. She said the phase includes complex work around a corner and a creek and that the city expects contractor interest like earlier similar projects. Councilor Harden moved to set the bid; Councilor Grant seconded. The committee approved the bid date 3-0.
Action: Staff will release plans and solicit bids with the Aug. 19 deadline; the project budget remains listed at $826,000.
