Treasurer Missus Reesen presented the item, saying, “I have 1 item tonight, recommending the approval of appointment of Garen Evans as delegate and Ryan McDonald, alternate delegate for the Ohio School Board Association annual business meeting, November 2025 at the USDA Capital Conference held in Columbus.” The board voted to accept the treasurer’s report item A as presented; recorded affirmative votes in the transcript include Missus Hughes, Mister McDonald, Mister Evans and Missus Miller. The appointments will allow the district to cast votes and participate in OSBA’s annual business meeting in Columbus; the board did not record any additional direction or amendments at the July 22 meeting.
