A councilmember moved to adopt the ordinance with that deletion and the motion was seconded; the ordinance passed.
Council directed staff to have the rules printed and to circulate them to staff for posting and enforcement. The ordinance was presented as an administrative framework to govern park use and facility rules going forward.
